Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Preparation of working schedule and its implementation
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, safety and sanitation standards
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility
- Surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction
- Interact and communicate effectively with site work force including subcontractors, architects and consultants
- Reporting and recording of variation/delays and progress of the project as instructed by project manager
- Responsible for all site execution matters, the works in progress and the continuity of the application work
- Overview and enforcement of all project quality management procedures
- Implementing all instruction/orders determined by the project manager
Requirements
- Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with project management skills
- Should be able to understand the Client requirements and effectively develop and implement it
- Should have strong communication and leadership skills
- Should have good proficiency in using Auto CAD, MS Office, and other technical tools
- Should be willing to work flexible hours
